3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.

The code you generate using Vebit is your own. You are free to use it as you see fit. However, the service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Vebit and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vebit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vebit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
