Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Vebit at vebit.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Vebit is an AI-powered platform that enables users to build Next.js websites by providing text prompts. The platform generates production-ready code using modern technologies including Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI components. Users can preview their generated websites in sandboxed environments and push code directly to GitHub repositories.
2. Account Registration
To use Vebit, you must create an account by signing in with Google or registering with your email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of Service
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial projects. You agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the code you generate.
- You will not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform or its AI capabilities.
- You will not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without prior authorization.
- You will not attempt to bypass credit limits or subscription restrictions.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Vebit operates on a credit-based system. Each AI code generation request consumes credits from your account.
- Free Plan: Provides a limited number of credits per month at no charge.
- Paid Plans: Offer additional credits and features, billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Razorpay.
- Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not carry over to the next cycle unless explicitly stated.
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: The code generated through your prompts on Vebit belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code as you see fit.
- Our Platform: The Vebit platform itself, including its design, features, AI models, branding, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of Vebit and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
- Prompts: Prompts you submit are stored in our database to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your prompts.
6. GitHub Integration
Vebit allows you to connect your GitHub account and push generated code to repositories. By using this feature:
- You authorize Vebit to access your GitHub account via OAuth to create repositories and push code on your behalf.
- You are responsible for the repositories and code pushed to your GitHub account.
- You can disconnect your GitHub account from Vebit at any time.
- We store your GitHub OAuth tokens securely and use them solely for the purpose of pushing code at your request.
7. AI-Generated Code Disclaimer
Code generated by Vebit's AI is provided as a starting point and may require review, testing, and modification before use in production environments. Vebit does not guarantee that the generated code will be:
- Free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
- Suitable for any specific purpose or use case.
- Compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, or standards.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any code generated through the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vebit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vebit and its creators, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any code generated through the Service, or any unauthorized access to your account.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
