This policy outlines how Vebit delivers its services to you. Vebit is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to build Next.js websites through AI-powered prompts there are no physical products involved.

1. Nature of Service

Vebit is a 100% digital service. Our platform allows you to create Next.js websites by providing text prompts to our AI engine. The AI-generated code and project files are delivered electronically through our web application. No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered as part of our Service.

2. Service Delivery

Upon signing up and/or subscribing to a plan, you receive the following digitally:

Instant Account Access: After signing in with Google or email, your account is activated immediately and you can begin using the platform.
Credit Allocation: Upon successful payment and subscription activation, credits are added to your account almost instantly. These credits are used to generate AI-powered website code.
AI-Generated Code: When you submit a prompt, the AI generates Next.js website code in real time. The generated code is available immediately within your project on the platform.
Project Storage: All your projects, prompts, and generated code are securely stored in our database and accessible anytime through your Vebit account.
GitHub Integration: You can push your generated code directly to a GitHub repository from within the platform. This transfer happens in real time once you authorize the connection.

Subscription and credit activation: Within seconds of successful payment confirmation via Razorpay
Code generation: Real-time, typically within seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the complexity of your prompt

4. No Shipping Fees

Since Vebit is a purely digital service, there are no shipping fees, delivery charges, handling costs, or any other logistics-related expenses. All services are accessible via your Vebit account at vebit.app.

5. Service Availability

Vebit is accessible 24/7 via the internet from any modern web browser. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, occasional maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any delays caused by internet connectivity issues on your end.
