Thank you for using Vebit. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our AI-powered Next.js website building platform at vebit.app.
1. Subscription Plans
Vebit offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional credits for AI-powered code generation and are billed on a monthly basis through Razorpay, our payment processor.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan features and remaining credits until the period ends.
- After the billing period expires, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
- Your existing projects, prompts, and generated code will remain accessible in your account.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service and the costs associated with AI code generation, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once payment has been processed. Credits allocated to your account upon payment are considered delivered immediately.
However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong amount).
- Service unavailability: If you were unable to use the platform due to a prolonged technical issue on our side that we could not resolve in a timely manner.
- Unauthorized charges: If a payment was made without your authorization.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at campuslinkss3@gmail.com within 4 days of the transaction.
- Include your registered email address, transaction/payment ID, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. Free plan users receive a limited number of credits and can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
