Thank you for using Vebit. We strive to provide the best service possible. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service and the costs associated with AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Once a payment is made, the service (in the form of credits) is considered consumed.
However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A billing error on our part.
- If you are unable to use the service due to a technical issue from our side that we cannot resolve in a timely manner.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at campuslinkss3@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. All refund requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval by our team.
